Sources told TMZ that the two split up a few months ago and have not been in contact at the time of her arrest. Insiders claim that the singer did not feel like a priority in their relationship, which led to the breakup.<\/p>\n

“Her boys are going to be spending time with her,” the statement continued. “Her loved ones are going to come up with an overdue needed plan to set her up for success for well being.”<\/p>\n

He warned the public not to let \u201cmedia narratives spiral out of control,\u201d adding, \u201cRumors spread faster than facts, and suddenly someone is being judged before the truth is even clear.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cBritney Spears deserves the same thing anyone else does: facts, fairness, and due process \u2013 not headlines built on speculation,\u201d he wrote. \u201cLet the facts come out before turning someone\u2019s life into another media circus.\u201d<\/p>\n

Britney married her childhood friend in Las Vegas in January 2004, but the marriage was annulled just 55 hours later. She married Kevin Federline later that same year.<\/p>\n
