Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s older daughter, model Sunday Rose, is already achieving one peak after another in her young career.<\/p>\n

The 17-year-old made her runway debut as a professional model in 2024 for Miu Miu, and cut to 2026, not only is she a staple for Dior in its Jonathan Anderson era, but is also one of the faces of OMEGA’s latest campaign, and now a cover girl.<\/p>\n

Sunday appeared on the cover of Elle Australia’s<\/em> March issue, her first cover for the publication<\/strong>, made all the more special by its association to her parents’ native Australia (she now divides her time between her professional travels, Sydney and Nashville).<\/p>\n

A teen jet-setter<\/h2>\n

Through her travels and experiences, though, Sunday consistently cites her mom Nicole as her biggest inspiration. “I definitely gained a lot of interest from those experiences and especially being privileged enough to experience them at a young age,” she noted of her extensive world travels, years before ever venturing into the spotlight herself.<\/p>\n

“My mum is someone who has always been so creative and my biggest inspiration in life. She’s a key part of everything I do,”<\/strong> she gushed, expanding on the principles the famous family has set at home as well (Nicole and Keith also share a younger daughter, 15-year-old Faith Margaret).<\/p>\n

Family rules<\/h2>\n

“Something that’s always been followed in my house is doing, not just saying,”<\/strong> Sunday shared, explaining that the idea of following through and commitment to tasks has always been of prime importance.<\/p>\n

“It basically means that if you say you’re going to do something, stick to your word and do it,” she continued. “Don’t just talk about how much you want to, but actually put your mind to it and get it done.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Sunday also talks about wanting to enter the film industry on her own merit, preferably as a filmmaker, citing a love for psychological horror and female directors like Greta Gerwig as inspiration. Plus, of course, her Oscar-winning mom.<\/p>\n

    Another lesson from Nicole? “The biggest piece of industry advice Mum has given to me is to always be on time. There’s always going to be something with an early call time that you don’t want to get up for, but it’s really important to be on time because it shows that you’re prepared and grateful to be there.”<\/p>\n

    Finding stability<\/h2>\n

    While she’s just a few months short of turning 18 and officially hitting adulthood, she cited being home and especially being in school as her biggest grounding force. “Honestly, being in school is actually really helpful for all of that.”<\/p>\n

    “The privilege of having these experiences and meeting so many new people is so amazing, but as a teenager it’s so easy to get sucked in to all of it so fast,” she shared with the publication. “So being able to come back [to Nashville] and keep that perspective of being back at high school keeps me grounded.”<\/p>\n

    “I’ve travelled my whole life and my mum is a really good traveller, so she has taught me how to be one, too, which makes it so fun to travel and enjoy all the different places.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
