Deidre Hall on the incredible women of Days of our Lives. \ud83d\udc99\u23f3\ufffd<strong style=\"text-align: justify\">#Days<\/strong><strong style=\"text-align: justify\">#DOOL<\/strong><strong style=\"text-align: justify\">#DaysofourLives<\/strong><strong style=\"text-align: justify\">#InternationalWomensDay<\/strong><strong style=\"text-align: justify\">#WomensHistoryMonth<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span data-embed-id=\"069c16356b784e458620b3064caa6aea\" data-embed-type=\"social-auto\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/span><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">In the video, Hall begins by sharing what she enjoys most about coming to work everyday. \u00a0\u201cMy favorite thing about coming to work is seeing my friends,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cBecause it\u2019s just a joy,\u201d the actress added.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Hall explained that it\u2019s not only her fellow actors that make the set feel special. \u00a0\u201cNot just my co-stars, Susan Seaforth Hayes and Martha [Madison], but our hair and makeup people, our crew, its such a united family. \u201c<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Hall also reflected on her early days working on the soap. \u201cThere was a time when we all had to do our first few love scenes and it\u2019s daunting,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">She explained that having women in leadership roles helped make those moments easier. \u201cWe had a woman stage manager was there and who would provide unspoke support, unspoken kindness,\u201d Hall shared.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The longtime soap star emphasized the supportive environment she has on set.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cWomen take care of each other in the best possible ways. We see it here a lot. We see it a lot. We have women on the crew obviously who are just there and if you need something glance over and our prop girl or whoever will say \u2018we got it.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Hall concluded with a message about the importance of women supporting one another. \u201cWe think the same thoughts, along the same lines, and we take care of ourselves and we take care of each other.
