Signs point to no!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Gavin Casalegno, who plays Jeremiah Fisher in the Prime Video romantic drama, recently revealed how far the movie is from hitting our screens.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cI\u2019m going to be so honest, I don\u2019t even have a script,\u201d Casalegno told People at last month\u2019s <em style=\"text-align: justify\">Elle <\/em>Actors Rising event in Los Angeles, as the magazine reported on Saturday, March 7. \u201cSo I don\u2019t even know when we\u2019re filming.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">He added: \u201cIt\u2019s going to be like game time. Like, [<em style=\"text-align: justify\">The Summer I Turned Pretty<\/em> author] Jenny Han\u00a0calling me up and [being] like, \u2018Hey, by the way, you\u2019re going to be on a plane in a week.\u2019 So, we\u2019ll see what happens.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">(Han, by the way, previously told <em style=\"text-align: justify\">Today<\/em> the movie wouldn\u2019t be released in 2026.)<\/p>\n<p> <img decoding=\"async\" data-document-id=\"cms\/api\/amp\/image\/AA1XLYTP\" data-reference=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/img-s-msn-com.akamaized.net\/tenant\/amp\/entityid\/AA1XLYTP.jpg\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto\"\/> <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">In March 2025, Prime Video announced that the <em style=\"text-align: justify\">Summer I Turned Pretty<\/em> television series \u2014 which follows a love triangle between Jeremiah and his brother, Conrad Fisher (Christopher Briney), over their mutual crush, Isabella \u201cBelly\u201d Conklin (Lola Tung) \u2014 would end with its third season, just as Han\u2019s <em style=\"text-align: justify\">Summer I Turned Pretty<\/em> book series ended with its third novel.
